He can’t fight. The cat keeps whooping his ass. He’s been training on the chickens but they’re poor sparring partners. He has no idea what to do with tortoises .

He’ll learn, either to take the cat or to just put up with it.

He learned pretty quickly that the cat is way harder than him. The cat has definitely exerted her authority.

Most of the time when I’ve had cats and dogs together, the cat was almost always the alpha. My current cat is too skittish to assert her dominance so she lives on a floor of the house the dogs don’t go.

The cat I had before her? He’d walk in to the room, walk up to the dog, and pu nch her i n the face. The dogs learned pretty quick not to mess with him. Lol
